Terms & Conditions

1. All manufacturing orders are accepted only after written confirmation and purchase order approval.
2. Product formulations, artwork, specifications, and packaging must be approved by the client before production begins.
3. Once production starts, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
4. Product prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in raw material, packaging material, transportation, government duties, or statutory taxes.
5. Applicable GST and other government taxes shall be charged separately unless otherwise agreed.
6. Freshokit India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject orders that do not comply with regulatory, legal, or quality requirements.
7. Customized formulations developed specifically for clients remain confidential as agreed between both parties.
8. The client is responsible for ensuring compliance of branding, trademarks, product claims, and marketing content with applicable laws.
9. Delivery timelines may vary depending on order quantity, packaging requirements, raw material availability, and force majeure events.
10. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our MOQ depends on the product category, packaging format, and level of customization.

* Standard White Label Products: As mutually agreed.
* Customized Private Label Products: MOQ varies based on formulation and packaging.
* Bulk Tea & Coffee Supply: MOQ depends on blend and packaging requirements.
* Trial or pilot batches may be considered for select products, subject to feasibility and production scheduling.
